Major changes made after/during the coloring phase

I require 1- 4 weeks to complete a commission.

An invoice will be sent via PayPal. Upfront payment is required before I can start the commission.

Once payment has been completed, you will be added to the queue. If there are pieces ahead of yours, it may take longer to complete.

I will send one sketch before continuing the commission. During this stage changes and adjustments do not incur additional fees.

Any major changes made after this stage will incur additional fees (such as changing the pose). To avoid this, please let me know early on if you would like any changes made.

I will send update images during each stage of the process, including the sketch, flats and shading.

The PNG files of the final piece will be sent via email. Please provide the email address you would like it sent to.

You will receive a high-resolution version of the illustration and a lower resolution version that has been watermarked (ideally to be used if you would like to post the illustration online).

You will also receive a transparent version if you would like to create your own background.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if the client does not follow my ToS.

A commission may be cancelled by the client, and if this is done before I start then a full refund will be issued. Cancellation after I have started will only receive a partial refund, depending on how much work has been completed thus far.

These commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

The artwork is not to be used for NFTs or AI-training.

I reserve the right to post a watermarked version of the artwork to promote my socials or commissions.

If you would prefer the art not to be posted, please let me know in advance.
